Rent - To -Own Payment Terms (for RFO Projects only)

5% Spot Cash to MOVE-IN in 60 Days

Another 5% payable in 2 MONTHS (or more, depending on the ongoing promo) 90% BANK/ IN-HOUSE

 

Reservation Fee

  • Unit Php 20,000

  • Parking Php 10,000

 

Other Fees:

Closing Fees (for the processing of Transfer of Title, Documentation, Notarial, and Documentary Stamp tax)

 

Discounts Given depending on the payment term

 

  • 20% Downpayment - 80% Thru In-House, Bank Financing

  • 30% Downpayment - 70% Thru In-House, Bank Financing (4% Discount)

  • 40% Downpayment - 60% Thru In-House, Bank Financing (5% Discount)

  • 50% Downpayment - 50% Thru In-House, Bank Financing (5% Discount)

  • 100% Spot cash (10% Discount)

 

Additional 2% discount will be given to clients who were able to accomplish the complete requirements within 30 days from Reservation Date
